Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Velocity.AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. This page is a template maintained by the Velocity.AI team; have your legal counsel review before relying on it in production.

1. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. One human per account.

2. Content you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you grant Velocity.AI a limited license to process, transcode, and store that content to render your videos and (only if you choose to publish) display it to other users.

3. Content you generate

You own the videos Velocity.AI renders from your uploads. You’re responsible for making sure you have the rights to any source footage, music, or images you use.

4. Acceptable use

No CSAM, no non-consensual intimate content, no doxxing, no deepfakes of real people without consent, no spam, no attempts to break our systems. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Copyright

Our Copyright Guard flags likely matches, but final responsibility for licensing music, footage, and images is yours. If you believe your work has been infringed on Velocity.AI, file a DMCA notice.

6. Paid plans

Paid plans (Creator $8/mo, Studio $18/mo) renew monthly until canceled. Cancel anytime from Settings; you keep paid features until the period ends. No refunds for partial months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as-is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocity.AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app.
