Privacy Policy

This template describes the data Velocity.AI collects and how we use it. Have your legal counsel review before relying on it.

What we collect

• Account info: email, display name, handle, avatar.
• Content: videos, images, and audio you upload; styles and prompts you create.
• Usage: renders, exports, and product interactions to improve the service.
• Payment info: handled by our payment processor; we never see full card numbers.

How we use it

• To render, store, and deliver your videos.
• To enable social features you opt into (public profiles, world chat, DMs).
• To detect copyright matches and abusive content.
• To bill you accurately if you’re on a paid plan.

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. We share with vetted processors (hosting, payments, email) under contract.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data from Settings → Privacy. Email privacy@velocity.ai if you need help.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Signed-in sessions use short-lived tokens with refresh.

Children

Velocity.AI isn’t for anyone under 13.
